Broadstairs is situated on the eastern tip of Kent, just south of North Foreland and sandwiched between Margate and Ramsgate. It has good road and rail links from London and the other coastal towns in Kent.

At the next roundabout, turn right, still signposted Broadstairs
At the traffic lights turn left into St Peters Road
Then at the bollards, turn right, under a railway bridge, signposted Bairds Hill.
This road becomes Callis Court Road
